Limbo

An instrumental that blends genuine musical exploration with humor — complete with Frankenstein-style sound effects and a playful nod to the concept of being caught between states. The title is also a winking reference to Rush Limbaugh — "Rush Limbo."

The track combines progressive rhythms with tongue-in-cheek atmospheric effects, creating something that's simultaneously impressive as a musical composition and entertaining as a piece of theater. It's unlike anything else in the Rush catalog.

It serves as a fitting penultimate track on what would be Rush's last album for six years — a final moment of levity before the devastating events that would silence the band.
